Random Silence Breaker

This application plays a random sound at a custom time interval, I was inspired by videos like "1 hour of silence interrupted by random cartoon sound effects" because I think it would be funny if you could customize it, the original idea was to be a file selected audio file, but I encountered some problems with the file manager
